Role Overview

We are seeking a polished, enthusiastic Front Desk Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role blends hospitality with sales -- greeting clients, booking services, and most importantly, recommending memberships, skincare products, and treatments to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their visit. Manage check-in/check-out, scheduling, and payments efficiently. Confidently present and sell Health+Glow memberships, packages, and retail skincare lines. Educate clients on available services (IV therapy, facials, aesthetics, robotic massage, etc.) and help them choose the best options. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for memberships and retail. Build lasting client relationships through follow-up calls, texts, and personalized recommendations. Maintain a visually appealing front desk and retail area. Support social media/live posting initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Prior experience in retail sales, spa/med spa, or luxury hospitality strongly preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Polished, professional appearance consistent with a luxury brand. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Comfortable with POS systems and scheduling software (experience with Zenoti/Blvd is a plus). Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness.
