You'll connect with dog parents, educate them on our wellness services, and help dogs start their journey to a healthier life.

Responsibilities

Drive membership sales by educating customers on the value of routine dog care Greet and engage customers with friendly, professional service Promote and schedule first-time visits for new customers Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming Follow all dog safety protocols to ensure a stress-free experience Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and create a positive environment

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills Energetic, coachable, and eager to learn Passion for dogs and interest in health and wellness Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous experience in sales, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
