We are seeking a

driven and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Associate

to join the Newtech Gym team in Las Vegas. In this role, you are not only the first point of contact for our members and guests but also a key player in

growing our membership base and driving sales

. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is motivated by hitting sales targets while delivering world-class service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell gym memberships, renewals, upgrades. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals. Conduct gym tours with a strong closing approach. Greet members and guests with a professional and positive attitude. Manage check-ins, daily passes, and guest visits through our POS/CRM system. Handle retail sales of supplements, merchandise, and other products, ensuring proper inventory control. Provide information on gym amenities, promotions, and special events. Handle member inquiries, billing questions, and resolve issues quickly. Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and lobby area. Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and referral programs. Assist with stocking, merchandising, and ensuring retail displays are organized and appealing.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven sales experience in gyms, fitness centers, retail, or customer service environments preferred. Strong ability to

close sales

and meet performance targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Proficient in POS/CRM systems; comfortable with cash handling and basic accounting. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to connect with our diverse membership base. Passion for health, fitness, and motivating others to reach their goals. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
