Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you are the first point of contact and set the tone for a welcoming, professional, and uplifting experience. You'll be responsible for assisting members and guests, supporting sales and membership goals, maintaining studio cleanliness, and contributing to a positive studio culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in members and guests with warmth and professionalism Drive membership and retail sales by genuinely educating clients about offerings Respond to phone calls, emails, and app messages in a timely and helpful manner Maintain clean, organized front desk and studio areas Manage waitlists, class check-ins, and schedule changes Assist with inventory tracking and merchandising of retail products Support instructors and team members with daily operations Represent the brand with positive energy and authenticity

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred Friendly, professional, and confident communicator Passion for wellness, yoga, or fitness a plus Comfortable with technology (POS systems, booking apps, email) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Must be available for evenings and/or weekends
