We are looking to hire front desk sales associates to help with managing our existing members, keeping the studio clean, new membership sales and other sales related activities.

If you are welcoming and love engaging with people, we're building a healthy community culture that you'll help build and shape, along with our trained and certified flexologists. In studio, you'll help with 'front of house' duties, such as checking in and greeting members, scheduling members for new appointments, new membership sales, creating a clean and safe studio, and some (limited) retail sales. You will be engaging prospective members (warm leads) through phone calls and texts, light cleaning (and other duties related to a fitness studio). We will also possibly need help with off-site popup events, assisting with social media content creation and management.

This is primarily a sales job which involves a lot of phone calls, texts, and in-person conversations. This is a great position for someone who is outgoing and loves connecting with people interested in fitness, health, and wellness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Encourage and motivate prospects and clients who participate in stretch sessions

? Build client relationships and the StretchLab membership community

? Help enforce StretchLab's policies and safety rules

? Attend staff meetings and ongoing educational presentations

? Handle member concerns, when applicable

? Assist Studio Manager with studio functions

? Contribute to the studio's social media presence

? Connect and communicate with community partners for scheduling popup events

? Help maintain stretching equipment in clean and proper working order

? Assist with off-site engagement events (as available)

? Weekend hours required

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Engaging personality

? Love of boutique fitness and wellness environment is a must

? Ability to communicate clearly and energetically via phone, text, email, and in-person

? Experience selling fitness membership is a big plus (but not required for the right candidate)

? Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people

? Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals

? Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to schedules

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Part-time

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

Looking specifically to hire for the following shift availability Monday - Friday afternoons + rotating Saturday 8am-noon and Sunday 10am-2pm. If you have AM availability in addition to PM availability, that is a major plus.

There are opportunities to pick up additional shifts, too.
