How you'll contribute

A Front Office Representative within our Wound Care Center, who excels in this role:

Assumes responsibility for the efficient, productive, and professional operation of the front office. Greets and welcomes patients for their exams. Works with patients after admission to receive imaging order and completes order entry into the Meditech system. Verifies the diagnosis codes for accuracy. Maintaining non-clinical supplies and receiving/documenting patient payments. Comfortable working with about 100 patients throughout the day.

Schedule:

This is a Full Time, benefitted position. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalent required One year experience working in a medical/business office setting with strong customer service. Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations. Previous experience working with medical terminology, electronic medical records and scheduling systems preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
