How you'll contribute

As a Front Desk Representative, you will provide superior customer service to both patients and other staff members. Additional responsibilities include:

Ensuring that all necessary demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy Greeting patients and handling check-in/check-out process Collecting patient payments Verifying patient demographic and insurance information, updating as needed Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Associate degree preferred

Requirements:

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Additional skills include:

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and courteously handle patient and family interactions with other staff. Technology proficiency: familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office Suite Organized and detail-oriented
