Description
The Concierge/Front Desk Representative serves as the first impression of the property, managing high volumes of customer interactions and resolving inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to residents, board members, vendors, and visitors.
Answer high volumes of calls and manage customer requests.
Monitor emergency systems and maintain building security.
Record and resolve complaints/issues.
Assist the property manager with assigned duties.
Follow safety procedures and ensure a secure environment.
Requirements
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements: Reliable Transportation
Able to work M-F in office (Full-Time)
Go-getter attitude
