What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll help shape the entire guest experience by:

Greeting guests with genuine warmth and professionalism Making check-ins/check-outs smooth, accurate, and stress-free Communicating clearly in person and over the phone Learning our rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations Assisting management with occupancy, rate strategy, and daily reports Keeping the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming Following safety and security procedures Handling guest questions, needs, and concerns with empathy Stepping into "Manager on Duty" responsibilities when needed

What You Bring

A naturally warm, service-first attitude 2-3 years of customer service or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills A calm, professional presence during busy moments Computer literacy and comfort learning PMS systems Flexibility AM, PM, weekends, and holidays High school diploma required; hospitality/business education is a plus Bonus points if you're multilingual!
