RECEPTIONISTS/SPA SALES ASSOCIATES JOIN OUR TEAM!

Receptionist/ Spa Sales Associate positions at our Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in the Art Museum/Logan Square area of Philadelphia; 420 North 20th St., Target Shopping Center on 20th Street between Callowhill & Hamilton Streets Next door to the old Philadelphia Sports Club. The 33 bus runs up 20th right by our spa.

Hand & Stone is a national leader rapidly expanding across the US & Canada (600+ spas) providing professional massage, facials & hair removal services.

Your Role:

You are the face of the spa and a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

Responsibilities:

Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy, facial & body services
Sell memberships, gift cards, and enhancement services
Provide excellent customer service and schedule appointments
Welcome, greet and provide forms to our clients upon arrival
Educate clients about spa services, products, and policies
Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
Positive, energetic attitude, team player

Qualifications:

Hand & Stone, Massage Envy, Gym, Phone plans Sales & customer service experience a plus
Positive and upbeat personality, outgoing is a must
Strong Sales Ability and record is key
Must be able to effectively communicate with members and guests about membership benefits, spa policies, and procedures
Good computer skills and quick learner
Zenoti or other retail Point Of Sales experience a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours may include nights and weekends
College Degree and/or classes desirable. High school or equivalent accepted with experience
Excellent personal appearance wearing H&S shirts, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Pay: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience plus sales bonuses every month
