We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as well as experience with medical or dental office environments. Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients professionally, creating a welcoming environment Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards Support administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and organizing files Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents Support office management activities to enhance overall efficiency and workflow

Requirements



Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and staff Prior experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not required Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
