Looking for a front desk who is also familiar with billing and insurance.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Process payments and manage billing inquiries using software like QuickBooks. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing exceptional customer support. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management and workflow.

Skills



Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is highly desirable. Proficiency in administrative tasks and office management practices. Familiarity with Google Suite and computerized systems for efficient task management. Experience with QuickBooks for handling financial transactions is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and staff.
