Receptionist at Auto Dealership

As our new receptionist, you will be the voice and face of our dealership. So we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable, professional, likable and ready to make a move toward a long-term career and not just another job. Our dealership is a family, and we treat each employee as such.

Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries Take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate team member Transfer calls to the appropriate department and/or team member Provide information about services offered Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age Excellent communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer skills Must be able to pass a drug screen and background Must be authorized to work in the US
