Job Description

We are hiring to fill an entry-level position of front desk receptionist, administrative and personal assistant with remarkable growth potential for anyone willing to work hard and smart.

Initial Duties:

-Answering multi-line phone system.

-Running errands.

-Maintaining a clean and welcoming storefront and workspace.

-Filing and maintaining accurate filing system for all business documents.

-Creating/Maintaining records using Excel and in-house database.

*Duties will be added as you grow in the position and our company.

Requirements:

-Ability to follow directions.

-Punctual and Reliable.

-Professional, well-kept appearance.

-Own transportation.

-Hardworking.

-Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.

-Experience with administrative work.

-Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel programs.

-Basic computer knowledge.

-Problem solving abilities.

-Positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will meet all of the "requirements" but we are willing to train the right individual.

Compensation dependent on experience and performance. Hard work and smart work is highly valued and rewarded here. Experience with personal or administrative assistance is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
