Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to manage client intake, organize staff and client files in Microsoft Word and Excel, handle front-desk communications, and work closely with the designated coordinator. Familiarity with DHS/compliance guidelines is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors; manage phone lines, voicemail, and front-desk email professionally.
Conduct client intake: collect, verify, and enter client information accurately and confidentially.
Create, update, and maintain staff and client files using Word and Excel.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the designated coordinator and staff.
Prepare and send professional correspondence and routine emails.
Scan, file, and maintain organized document workflows and office records.
Identify and flag missing or discrepant information; escalate to coordinator as needed.
Maintain a neat, welcoming front-desk area and manage basic office supplies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy office environment.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
Preferred:
Prior experience with client intake, administrative/office work, or social services.
Familiarity with DHS or other compliance/regulatory guidelines.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
