Loveland Nails and Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented

Receptionist

to be the face of our salon. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! We are looking for someone who is able to consistently work weekends!

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests daily as a representative for the salon Handling appointment reservations done online, in person, and over the phone Inputting client details and appointments accurately into software system Utilize Salon software functions to book appointments, assign staff duties, maintain clients' information and privacy, and take payment and check-out. Maintaining cleanliness in the receptionist area.
Maintaining nail service supplies and inventory Assuring appointments are on schedule by notifying staff members of client's arrival and time management. Resolve customer issues, complaints, or problems. Organize reading material in the waiting area. Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability

Receptionist Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and adaptable Basic computer skills (scheduling software experience is a plus) Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
