As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will manage multi-line phone systems, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth office operations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help keep our front desk running efficiently.

What you'll do



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a warm and friendly attitude Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for team members Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support office operations Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Proofread documents for accuracy and ensure all communications are professional

Basic qualifications



Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele

Preferred qualifications



Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable Familiarity with office management practices and administrative procedures Experience in customer service roles that emphasize phone etiquette and interpersonal communication Typing proficiency with attention to detail in data entry tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
