When a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a truly memorable experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the person they rely on to make every moment smooth and enjoyable, from handling transactions and offering local insights to creating a warm, welcoming environment that makes them feel at home.
What You'll Do:
Welcome Guests:
Be the friendly face that sets the tone for a memorable stay.
Recognize Loyal Guests:
Acknowledge Rewards Club members and returning guests, both in person and over the phone.
Manage Bookings:
Assist with reservations, suggest upgrades, and inform guests of ways to enhance their experience.
Handle Payments:
Process cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
Check Guests In and Out:
Start and end every stay smoothly by verifying IDs, issuing room keys, and addressing requests.
Anticipate Guest Needs:
Record preferences and manage guest messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
Provide Local Expertise:
Help guests with bill inquiries and local recommendations, and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Prioritize Safety:
Follow safety protocols, report incidents, and wear any required protective gear.
Support Your Team:
Step in on other tasks as needed to support colleagues.
Stock and Track Marketplace Items:
Restock the marketplace each shift and conduct inventory twice weekly for management.
What We're Looking For:
Great Communicator:
Able to handle both guest concerns and compliments with ease.

Tech-Savvy & Literate:
Confident in reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
Flexible Schedule:
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus but not required.
Experience Preferred:
At least one year in a front desk or guest services role is ideal.
Physical Strength:
Able to lift, push, and pull items up to 50lbs (23 kg), with occasional bending and kneeling.
Organized & Tidy:
Keep the front desk organized, assist with lobby cleanliness, and maintain a stocked and orderly marketplace.
