Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities: Greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, performing various administrative tasks such as scheduling and confirming appointments, sending and receiving emails, maintaining office schedule, managing mail, handling all outside inquiries, office supplies, and equipment, preparing files for client meetings, preparing and processing client invoices. Position requires substantial face to face client interaction. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and QuickBooks is necessary. Key skills include strong communication and organization skills, professional attitude, and the ability to multi-task.
