Responsibilities
Open and close the office daily
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, agents, and visitors
Greet and assist guests upon arrival
Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative duties
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Order and manage office supplies
Real estate listing data entry and maintain office records
Support marketing initiatives, including social media posts, weekly ads, and client testimonials
Provide administrative support to the owner/broker and operations manager as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
Reliability and discretion are essential
