We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks including document creation and spreadsheet management.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Assist with other office duties as needed.
Communicate minimally with insurance companies to verify physical therapy benefits
Requirements
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
