Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and multitasking are essential.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff or practitioners Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with high accuracy Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software for administrative tasks Support office management activities including bookkeeping, billing, and record keeping Maintain organized files both digitally and physically Provide customer support via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Assist with general clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting team members with administrative tasks Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times

Experience



Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills required Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities Demonstrated customer service excellence with professional phone etiquette and personal presentation Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Expected hours: 40 per week
