Job Summary


As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will manage multi-line phone systems, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth office operations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help maintain an efficient front desk environment.

What you'll do



Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using multi-line phone systems Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office management

Basic qualifications



Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance customer interactions

Preferred qualifications



Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous Familiarity with office management practices and procedures Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management capabilities Experience in personal assistant roles is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
