Join our team as a part-time Front Desk Receptionist at Vigor Active, a premier fitness facility located Downtown FW, where we're passionate about helping members achieve their wellness goals. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that greets and assists our community, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.

What You'll Do:

Looking for candidate to work various shifts between 10AM and 9PM Monday -Friday and 1 weekend day a week, Sat 8-3pm and Sunday 12-5pm.

20-25 hours with 4 shifts per week

Warm welcome: Be the first impression for members & guests, offering friendly greetings and directions. Member support: Answer questions about gym operations, memberships, and policies. Sales driven: Willing to talk money and all things membership --

COMMISSIONS on Sales

Administrative whiz: Handle light administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and scheduling. Cash & tech savvy: Process cash payments accurately and utilize computer systems efficiently. Team player: Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth-running front desk operation and contribute to our thriving culture

Who You Are:

18 years old + People person: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with diverse individuals. Customer service champion: You have a knack for resolving issues and exceeding expectations with a smile. Sales driven: You recognize the importance of converting prospect to member. Each membership sold earns YOU a Commission! Detail-oriented: You're organized, accurate, and take pride in a job well done. Tech-friendly: You're comfortable using computers and learning new software. Team player: You're collaborative, positive, and enjoy working alongside others.

Bonus points if you:

Have experience working in a gym or fitness center Possess CPR/AED certification Share our passion for health and wellness Drive for helping others

What We Offer:

Competitive pay of

$14/hour + COMMISSION on each membership sold

Flexible part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week

Vigor Active is a family owned fitness club that has dedicated their lives to the wellness of the Community in Fort Worth for the past 15 years. The fitness facility is open Monday - Friday from 5AM - 9pm, Saturdays from 8A-3P, and Sundays 12 - 5PM.

This position will include working around and on some holidays and will require flexibility to sub as needed for other shifts.
