What You'll Do:

As the first face patients see when they arrive, you'll set the tone for their entire visit. We're looking for someone who brings energy, attentiveness, and professionalism to the front desk each day.

Key responsibilities include:

Warmly greeting and checking in patients in a professional and friendly manner

Collecting and updating patient insurance and demographic information in our electronic health records system

Assisting patients with pre-visit paperwork and answering questions with kindness

Providing excellent customer service and communicating any provider delays as needed

Monitoring the schedule and checking in with late-arriving patients

Acting as a liaison between patients and internal departments

Preparing patient charts and supporting clerical duties

Maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area

What We're Looking For:

A bubbly, friendly personality with a natural ability to make others feel at ease

Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone

Attention to detail and strong organizational habits

Comfort with multitasking and managing a busy front desk environment

A genuine desire to help others and contribute to a team

Experience in a medical or customer service setting is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person

Position Details:

Full-time

(38-40 hours/week)

Monday-Friday
