Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical spa team! You'll be the first face our patients see and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

Greet patients and provide excellent customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments Check patients in/out and process payments Promote services, packages, and retail products Keep the front desk area clean and organized Support the team with daily administrative tasks Capture content for social media pages

What We're Looking For

1+ years customer service experience (spa, medical office, or hospitality preferred) Friendly, professional attitude with great communication skills Comfortable using computers and scheduling software Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Professional appearance Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
