Job Summary

These employees are the face of the club! They are who members and guests see first, so it's their job to set the tone for the rest of the members' club experience by being friendly and welcoming. Club Staff personnel who are interested and skilled in working with children, also provide babysitting in our Kids Klub. This is a part time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel. Empathize, Reassure, & Resolve member concerns and questions. May include entering broken equipment or maintenance orders. Call to update billing information for members. Offer basic membership upgrades. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and vendors. Maintain and assist with cleanliness of facility. Promote Pilates Studio, Schedule sessions.

Requirements

Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred. Strong proficiency in office management practices and clerical tasks. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. Effective calendar management abilities to coordinate schedules seamlessly. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Proficient typing skills to ensure efficient documentation and correspondence.
