We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist with some automotive experience to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will help keep our office running smoothly. Operation Hours



Must be available to work Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm

Duties



Check in vehicles, checklist and walk though. Run post scan, mileage and vehicle info. Attention to detail; note damage and service codes Handle all front desk operations and phones including customer profile and describe repairs needed in detail for scheduling appointments. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Communicate with advisors and shop technicians of customer concerns for repairs in detail Assist mobile dept. with key ordering and details of customer concerns Follow-up with customers for appointments Assist with office staff duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintain clean atmosphere Support customer service efforts by providing information, addressing questions, and resolving issues with a positive attitude Conduct clerical duties including preparing correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing email

Skills



Experience with automotive clerical tasks Cashier experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and data entry skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes professionally Knowledge of handling basic financial discounts and terminal Strong customer service skills with the ability to support clients or patients in a friendly manner Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
This role is ideal for customer facing individuals eager to contribute their organizational talents and customer service expertise in a professional setting.

Must have drivers license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 55 per week

Work Location: In person
