Harmony Massage in Bothell is looking for a part time

Front Desk Receptionist

! Here you will become an expert of

client interaction

, scheduling, and general support for the company.

We're accepting applications from people of

all levels of experience

.

There will be a training period where you learn the ins and outs of this role with one-on-one coaching from the Front Office Manager and existing Receptionists.

After training, you will be mostly be working lone wolf on the front desk, so reliability, attendance and competence are essential to this role.

This role is for a part-time receptionist.

The schedule is: Mon-Thu 4:30pm-9pm. There will be opportunity to take on more hours as needed (if desired).

What You Will Be Doing



Providing top-tier customer service for our clients Scheduling appointments Selling memberships Taking payments Getting intake and insurance data from clients Administrative tasks for our massage therapists Courtesy calls to follow up on clients who haven't been in for some time Calling insurance companies to obtain benefit details Using a computer to create sales receipts and record client information Filing Opening up/closing down (depending on your shift) Other duties as assigned
