Job Summary


We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in office management tools, and possess excellent communication skills. Medical Office experience or Chiropractic experience is a plus! Duties



Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, creating a friendly and professional environment. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently. Handle all front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in/out clients, and maintaining logs for the Dr. Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other computer skills for data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management. Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and organizing documents to ensure office efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming atmosphere. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email. Use proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries with clarity and friendliness. Manage patient records or billing information. Ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and proofread for professionalism at all times.

Experience


Candidates should have prior experience working in an office environment with strong clerical skills. Experience in customer service roles is essential; familiarity with front desk operations enhances your fit for this position. Proficiency in computer literacy--including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), data entry, and organizational skills--is required. Previous experience as a medical or chiropractic receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong time management skills combined with excellent phone etiquette will help you succeed in this dynamic role. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 33 per week
