Scope/position Description:


As a Bilingual Front Desk Employee, you will be the face of our company, responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including bilingual customer interactions, administrative duties, and adapting to changes as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and possess computer skills and be adaptable to a dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities:

Greet and assist New Classic Cooking team members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner in both English and Spanish. Handle phone calls, emails and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, maintaining organized records and handling of the outlook meeting calendar, assist with Fed ex shipment paperwork and distribution of incoming packages to the correct department. Utilize computer skills to generate reports, create employee badges, help with the paperwork for new hires. Embrace and adapt to changes in procedures, technology, and company policies. Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and communication. Address and refer client concerns or issues promptly and professionally to the correct department. Work closely with team members to find solutions to challenges that may arise. Provide language assistance to clients who prefer communication in Spanish. Translate documents and communications as needed. Order and organize supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be flexible with working schedule: weekends, holidays, shift change. Must be willing to rotate and help other areas as needed. * Have a Positive mentality to train new team members as needed.
