We're expanding! Learn2Lose / Learn2Renew is a physician-led, award-winning Practice specializing in medical weight loss, aesthetic medicine, hormone optimization, and regenerative wellness.

Established in 2006, our mission is simple yet powerful: to empower patients to take control of their health, longevity, and confidence through science-based, individualized care -- free from the constraints of insurance-based medicine.

As our patient base grows, we're looking to expand and train new team members who share our passion for helping others look and feel their best. What You'll Do:

Patient Experience & Front Desk Coordination

Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and payments with accuracy. Keep patient charts and records current in our EMR/CRM system. Maintain a clean, organized front area that reflects our clinic's professional image. Handle phone, text, and email inquiries with genuine care and efficiency. Follow scripts naturally and conversationally when speaking with new prospects, ensuring consistency while building authentic connections.

Consultation & Relationship Support

Help patients understand their treatment options, memberships, and programs. Conduct friendly follow-ups with new leads using a supportive, educational approach. Strengthen patient relationships through outstanding service and communication. Maintain expert-level knowledge of our medical and aesthetic programs.

Team Collaboration & Marketing Support

Support in-house events, promotions, and community outreach. Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal promotions and social media efforts. Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain patient confidentiality

at all times.

What You'll Bring

A positive, caring, and professional demeanor -- you love helping people. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in healthcare, medical spa, or wellness settings preferred. Familiarity with CRM or EMR systems is a plus. Excellent multitasking ability and attention to detail. Bilingual/Spanish a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but will consider demeanor and job experience.
