, we don't just check guests in--we mix drinks, drop playlists, and keep the energy flowing. Our Crew Members are the heartbeat of the hotel-- front desk hosts, bartenders, and local vibe curators all in one.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently and with personality Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to Moxy standards Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and product quality Process payments (cash, credit, vouchers) accurately through POS system Respond to guest needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Collaborate with teammates to keep the lobby/bar area running smoothly Step in to assist with light food service or lobby events when needed Additional Tasks and Duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior front desk or hospitality experience strongly preferred Must be at least 18 years old TiPS or ServSafe certification preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Flexible schedule--able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
