As a Front Desk Manager, you will be the vibrant face of our organization, ensuring that every visitor and team member experiences exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. What you'll do
Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests and clients.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating needs.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications.
Coordinate calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events to optimize scheduling efficiency.
Train and mentor front desk staff to enhance their skills in customer support and office management.
Utilize Google Workspace for effective communication and collaboration with team members.
Conduct regular audits of front desk procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.

Proficient in QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
Strong experience in front desk operations within a customer-focused environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Solid clerical experience with attention to detail in proofreading documents and data entry tasks.
Exceptional phone etiquette that reflects professionalism in all communications.
Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required.
