Front Desk Lead/administrative Support

Job Description

We're hiring for a Front Desk Lead position, which, while it may sound straightforward, is designed to be a stepping stone into operations, marketing, and leadership roles within our firm.

This is a full-time role in our Westport CT office. The Front Desk Lead will oversee receptionist duties, maintains office facilities, and assists with administrative work as needed.

Key responsibilities include:



Visitors & Communications:



Greet and direct visitors, coordinate security access, and work with building management Answer, screen, and direct calls and voicemails from the general inbox. Maintain the office directory and process mail. Run and distribute daily and monthly reports.

Facilities:



Maintain and stock the reception, conference rooms, mail/copy room, and kitchen. Manage inventory and order office supplies. Coordinate with service providers for office maintenance.

Policy Post Approval Processing:



Log and distribute issued policies from Home Office.

Administrative Assistance:



Provide help with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Excellent customer service and communication skills Effective interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
