Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee daily operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the hotel.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel including operations, finances, and guest services
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to meet financial goals
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel needs
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Skills:
- Proficiency in phone systems for reservations and guest services
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of human resources practices for staff management
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Exceptional guest services skills to enhance customer experience
