Comfort Suites Granbury are looking to add great individuals to our awesome front desk team! Becoming a Night Auditor is a great way to grow your career in the world of hospitality. You have the opportunity to work steady hours as the Night Auditor, all while meeting, assisting, and laughing with new people! We are looking for someone exceptional to join our team and we will be selecting an individual with excellent customer service skills, an outgoing personality and a passion for the details. Must be responsible and dedicated to working scheduled shifts and be flexible in working other Front Desk shifts as well. Job includes making reservations, checking in guests, closing out the day and setting up the new day for the first shift, taking phone calls, customer service and assisting with breakfast as needed. We will be very selective and hiring quickly!

Responsibilities

Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel, each room type, and their locations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate Roll the date after midnight, ensure financial reports are in balance, process credit cards and no-shows Work with F& B staff in the early morning to ensure breakfast is ready for guests

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
