We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk person who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property's vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.

Compensation:

$11.50-$12.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly. Answer queries regarding the hotel's services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions

Qualifications:

Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
