Work Schedule:

Monday: Rotating 8:30am-5:00pm -or- 9:30am-6:00pm -or-

Day off if working Saturday

Tuesday: 6:50am-3:15pm

Wednesday: 9:30am-6:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm

Friday: Rotating 8:30am-5:00pm -or- 9:30am-6:00pm

Saturday: Every other Saturday, 8:00am-12:30pm (

Monday off that week

)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Greeting clients and making them feel welcome Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out of the hospital Processing payments Light cleaning Cross-training to work at our Shamrock Pet Resort front desk Occasionally helping with pet baths or playtime if needed

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Must be 18 years or older Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Excellent attendance in previous roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy, team-driven environment Proficient with computers and typing

Preferred:

Prior veterinary or animal care experience Familiarity with veterinary practice software (we can train!)
