Responsibilities

:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely communication Perform data entry tasks to update guest information and maintain records Assist with administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience

:

Knowledge of bowling is preferred but not required Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in data entry and computer systems Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions Multilingual skills, particularly English and Spanish, are a plus Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
