Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional, friendly, and confident customer interface, managing inquiries and directing calls & customers.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining a highly organized workflow.
Handle invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks with proficiency in QuickBooks.
Utilize strong communication skills (written and verbal) to correspond with customers and internal teams.
Employ effective communication skills discussing invoices, resolving payment issues, or handling customer concerns.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer-facing or front office role.
Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (essential).
A naturally friendly and approachable demeanor.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to remain confident and composed under pressure.
Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
