Front Desk Customer Care Associate

At Stylin Paws Salon, we believe every visit should feel like a tail-wagging treat--for pets and their humans. We're looking for a warm, energetic, animal-loving professional to join our compassionate and enthusiastic team. What You'll Do:

Greet clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and a smile. Answer phones, schedule grooming appointments, and manage front desk traffic. Check in guests for Grooming, or DIY Pet Bathing services. Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with retail purchases in our boutique pet store. Be a go-to resource for our clients, helping them feel supported, informed, and cared for.

What We're Looking For:

A self-starter with a friendly, can-do attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills--you love engaging with people. Someone who enjoys being around pets (and doesn't mind a little fur on your clothes). Dependable, honest, flexible, and calm under pressure. Basic computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy setting. Previous experience in a pet-related environment or customer service role is a plus--but not required. Must be available to work weekends.
