About the Role

MediSpa Maui is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. You'll be the welcoming face of our practice. Greeting patients, managing check-ins and checkouts, answering phones, and helping guests schedule their next treatment or consultation.

If you have a love for aesthetics, skincare, wellness and a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and cared for, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism. Manage appointment scheduling, patient checkouts, and payments. Answer phone calls and emails promptly with a friendly, knowledgeable tone. Support daily front desk operations to keep the clinic running smoothly. Learn and assist with skincare retail sales (SkinMedica, SkinCeuticals, ZO, and more). Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Qualifications

Prior front desk or customer service experience (medical spa or wellness preferred). Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Passionate about aesthetics and wellness. Eager to learn product knowledge and service offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
