Qualifications:




High School diploma or GED required Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative position, ideally in a healthcare setting Proficiency in word processing, electronic data entry systems, and other office equipment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Visual and auditory acuity within professionally determined normal ranges, with correction if needed Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and office equipment, including telephone, fax machine, copier, and recorders

Join the Arcare team as a Front Desk Coordinator, where you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for everyone entering the facility. In addition to greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service, the Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, clinical support, and office management duties to help maintain smooth daily operation.


Greet visitors and staff as they enter the training center, providing a positive and professional first impression. Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and provide information as needed in a courteous and efficient manner. Assist with clinical duties, including patient referrals, appointment scheduling, and supporting medical secretarial functions. Stock and maintain snacks and beverages in the lounge area, ensuring it is always replenished and organized for staff and visitors. Support administrative tasks such as managing paperwork, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with documentation. Monitor office supply levels and place orders when supplies are low to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Manage an online ticketing system for facility-related requests and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination between administrative, clinical, and operational functions. Assist with scheduling and coordinating training sessions or meetings as required.
