We're seeking a

Patient Concierge

-- a warm, outgoing professional who thrives on making others feel valued. You'll be the first face patients see and the lasting impression they remember. This isn't a front desk job; it's a guest experience rolefor someone who genuinely loves people.

What You'll Do

Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail -- no more "Boring Clipboard Check-ins." Ensure our lobby and refreshment area feel inviting, clean, and cared for at all times. Communicate proactively with patients if the schedule changes. Serve as a

New Patient Advocate

-- guide them through their first visit, help them feel comfortable, and celebrate their choice to join our practice. Assist with light

social media content

, internal giveaways, and community engagement projects. Coordinate with our scheduling and clinical teams to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience from start to finish. Embody the warmth, courtesy, and anticipation of needs that guests might expect at a luxury hotel-- adapted to the heart and humility of small-town Indiana.

Who You Are

You have an innate sense of hospitality-- noticing when someone needs a smile, a water, or reassurance. You're organized but people-first. You can "read the room" -- you have great emotional intelligence and a calm, professional demeanor. You communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly -- in person, on the phone, and via text or email. You enjoy helping others and creating a peaceful, positive atmosphere. You're tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software. Experience in high-end retail, hotel, or medical settings is a plus -- but genuine warmth and presence matter most.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate + performance incentives - $17+
