Job Description


We are seeking an

energetic, professional, and motivated Front Desk Concierge

to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in both independent and team settings, possess strong administrative and communication skills, have the ability to close sales transactions, assist clients with purchase options and bring a positive, proactive attitude to every interaction.



Welcome clients warmly and create an exceptional first impression. Manage incoming calls, return client messages promptly, and assist with inquiries. Oversee the scheduling system to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Support the daily operations of the spa, maintaining a clean and inviting front office environment. Promote and sell products, memberships, and services with confidence and authenticity. Assist with administrative tasks, client records, and point-of-sale transactions. Participate in marketing efforts, including promoting the spa on social media platforms. Maintain a personal and professional social media presence that aligns with the spa's image and values. Collaborate effectively with team members and management to enhance client experiences. Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records with high attention to detail Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, organizing documents, and maintaining a tidy reception area Provide excellent customer service support via phone, email, or in person Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to office policies, HIPPAA Compliant



Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist; medical or dental receptionist experience is a plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Experience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy; proofreading skills are advantageous Previous experience in administrative support or personal assistant roles is beneficial Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team Professional appearance and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
