: Unless specified, you would follow a Week A / Week B rotation that looks as follows:


Week A: Mon & Tues 8am-8pm, Fri 8am-2pm, Sat 8am-5pm Week B: Sun 8am-5pm, Wed & Thurs 8am-8pm, Fri 2pm-8pm

The role you'll contribute

:


Responsible for establishing patients' overall experience ensuring safety and demonstrating respect, with an emphasis on customer service. This position handles access-related activities including scheduling, registration, and pre/post visit communications. This role ensures a pleasant experience for patients through efficient and courteous service. In addition, this position addresses patient inquiries and provides necessary information. Additionally, this role collaborates with other staff to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

High school diploma or GED equivalent 3 years of previous customer service experience (Hospitality, Retail, or Medical)
