We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Clerk to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the system
Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy at the end of shifts
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to address guest needs promptly
Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors
Manage guest accounts, process payments, and handle billing inquiries
Support other front desk duties as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations
Skills
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are preferred
Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during night shifts or peak hours
Knowledge of resort operations, guest services, and hospitality best practices
Professional appearance and demeanor with strong phone etiquette skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
