Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
- Strong guest service orientation with a focus on guest relations
