Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring a smooth guest experience. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using computerized systems. Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly. Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to create a positive impression. must be able to work 2ncd and 3rd shift / weekends and holidays

Requirements

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Proficient in Google Suite and other office software; computer literacy is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members alike. Detail-oriented mindset with strong clerical skills for accurate record keeping. A willingness to learn new systems and processes as needed for the role.
